My name is Sheryl, and I have three passions: Writing, quilting and traveling. These days I spend more time on my quilts and fiction, then I do on the traveling part, but all things in life are part of the journey, right? Yes they are, so I created this blog in hopes of sharing my journeys with you!
It's my plan to work in bits of fiction along with the pictures and updates of the various quilt projects I'm working on, so it will be interesting to see how this goes.
Oh, and fair warning: I'm a hand piecer, have been for almost 30 years. It takes me for what seems like forever to make a quilt, but it is one of the most rewarding things I do. Add in the dozen or so projects I have in my "sewing basket" at any given time... it definitely takes me awhile to finish anything.
So come join me as I work my way through the stacks of UFOs (quilts) and WIPs (fiction) that create the steps I must follow along on my journey. And definitely let me know what you're working on at the moment. I'm always interested in the journeys others embark on!
